Adding candidates one by one is fine for a few people. For a job post or a big intake, it’s easier to share a link and let people apply on their own. Every evaluation template comes with a public apply URL. Anyone with the link can apply — no account needed.

How it works for the candidate

They open the apply link

From your job post, email, or careers page.

They verify their email

A 6-digit code (OTP) is emailed to them. This stops fake applications.

They upload a resume

PDF, Word, or a scan. The AI reads it to ask better questions.

They become a participant

A participant row is created for them under your template — automatically.

How it works for you (HR)

You decide whether interviews start right away or wait for a human.

Set it up

Open your template

Go to the template detail page in the dashboard.

Copy the apply URL

Find the public apply link and copy it.

Choose approval mode

Turn HR approval on or off, depending on your volume.

Share it

Paste the link into your job post, email, or website.
If a link ever leaks or gets spammed, rotate it in one click from the template detail page. The old URL stops working immediately and a new one takes its place.

After the interview

When a candidate finishes, you get their scorecard the same as any other session. Then you can share it with a hiring manager:
